- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and initial shipping costs covered by us are non-refundable.
- Ensure you return the product within 10 days of receiving it.
- The product should be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- We will notify you about the status of your refund after the inspection.
- If the return meets our criteria, we will process the refund via Bank Wire Transfer or your preferred payment method.
