2. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and initial shipping costs covered by us are non-refundable.
3. Ensure you return the product within 10 days of receiving it.
4. The product should be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
5. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Refund Process:

1. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
